A website re-design, plus online shop re-organisation for local independent greengrocer, Borough & Fox
Borough & Fox is a brilliant, independent grocer shop based in Kings Heath, Birmingham.
Its owner Paul approached us for help in reorganising the website, primarily to allow for more products to be added to the online store. We were able to solve his problem by structuring the store in a logical and easily accessible way, adding categories, filters and tags to the products.
We were also able to update the delivery settings to automate a charge for deliveries further afield, both freeing up admin time for Paul, and encouraging sales by streamlining the checkout process.
As well as improving the functionality of the site to support Paul’s business needs, we also took a close look at the styling of the site and made some subtle improvements.
We used the existing colour palette to refresh the header, standardised the sizing of images, and made the spacing more consistent throughout.
We love shopping local and hopefully the new website will contribute to a flourishing future for Borough & Fox and our local economy here in Birmingham!
